Returned merchandise and refund policy
B & M Florist handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.bandmflorist.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
B & M Florist must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns. B & M Florist will not accept returns if you simply change your mind or want to change the design. In cases of flowers perishing within three (3) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if B & M Florist produced the incorrect goods, B & M Florist will provide a replacement or credit note. The value of the credit note or replacement is at the discretion of B & M Florist.
B & M Florist reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error on the day of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to B & M Florist.
If products are damaged when they arrive to you, you must notify us on the day of delivery by email at [email protected]
We will not offer a refund even if a product returned to us is unused and not damaged. Please note that returns will only occur in case we sent you the incorrect products. We can only process products purchased from our website www.bandmflorist.com.au and provide advice on products available on our website.
