Shipping Policy for Products & Merchandise

  • Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

  • How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day and use standard delivery which usually takes from 3-7 business days. Please note carriers are currently experiencing delays due to demand. Once your package has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking code. 

  • How much does delivery cost?

A flat $10 fee applies for delivery to anywhere in Australia.

  • Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

 As your order is delivered by courier, we cannot send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Returns and exchanges for Products & Merchandise

B & M Florist hopes that you will be happy with your order. However, if the product is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

How do I return my product back to you?

Please choose your purchase carefully as B & M Florist will not be able to accept returns on sale items or if you simply change your mind.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or a product that you have not ordered please email info@bandmflorist.com.au within two days of receiving your parcel.
Please use your invoice number as a reference and any contact email or phone numbers so that we can discuss the issue and return. Items being returned must be in the original condition and packaging they were sent.
Returns must be received within 7 days from confirmation of the return’s approval.
