FLOWER DELIVERY POLICY

Where do we deliver our flowers?

B & M Florist will deliver to most suburbs across Sydney city, metropolitan and outer Sydney areas. For any interstate or international deliveries please contact us directly via email or phone to arrange. Please note all deliveries are sent via various courier companies which means we are unable to provide an exact delivery time.

Ordering Timeframe

In order to guarantee same day delivery, all orders must be placed online by 12pm Monday- Saturday. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, if you place an order for a public holiday the delivery will go on the next business day. 

If you would like a same day delivery and it is after the deadline, or need to organise a special delivery time, please call us on 02 9587 1900

Delivery Times

  • Please note due to courier demands we cannot deliver at a set time
  • Businesses/Hospitals– All deliveries to business and hospital addresses will be delivered by 5:00pm.
  • Please ensure to include the full details. 
  • Residential- All deliveries to residential addresses will be delivered by 6:00pm
  • Schools- All deliveries to school address will be delivered by 3:00pm.
  • Funerals- As funerals require specific time frames, please email or phone the store to arrange.

What if no one is there?

If the recipient isn’t there when we arrive, the flowers will be left in a place deemed safe by the courier, with a photo. This could be at the back of the house, on the front verandah, around the side, outside the apartment door etc.

If our courier thinks it would be unsafe to leave your gift, your flowers will be returned to us. We will do everything we can to contact you before this happens as return delivery charge will have to be paid. Our team will contact you first for instructions. Please note deliveries to secured apartments or unit blocks will not be delivered unless a direct contact number for the recipient has been provided

Wrong address or Redirected?

If the address provided to us is incorrect or the courier cannot gain access to the property and the flowers need to be redirected the person placing the order is responsible for paying a fee, the fee will depend on the specific situation and location of the courier. No fee will be paid if the correct address is provided to B & M Florist before the goods leave our store. 

Shipping Costs?

All shipping prices are calculated price per km, All order are required to pay delivery fee as most deliveries are outsourced via courier companies.
