DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Policy for B & M Florist

Currently we personally only deliver within NSW. For any interstate or international enquiries, please email us at info@bandmflorist.com.au

Order deadline and delivery times
Specific delivery time is not available, for deliveries with a deadline please contact us directly.

Deliveries are executed via a third party company; please see timeframes below

All Orders Placed by 12pm Will be delivered by 6pm Monday-Saturday on the same day. *Excludes Sunday. Any Orders placed after the 12pm deadline will be processed and shipped the following day *excluding sundays. 

Any Orders going to a Business/ Corporate Adresses will be delivered by 5pm close of business *Ensuring we are informed it is a business.

Any Orders shipped to Hospitals will be delivered by 6pm Monday-Saturday*

Shipping Costs
We offer standard shipping. Rates are calculated on km distance. For VIP/EXPRESS delivery phone.

Delivery destinations
All our products can be delivered to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart and just about everywhere else across Australia unless specified otherwise.

Delivery Timeframes
Deliveries to capital cities and metropolitan areas are estimated at 2-5 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas are estimated at 7-10 business days from dispatch. Excludes all perishable goods.

Delivery Issues / Customer Service
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you by phone or email within 2 business days.

Weekend deliveries
Orders placed on Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

RETURNS POLICY

Returned merchandise and refund policy

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error on the day of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimal fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to B & M Florist.

If products are damaged when they arrive to you, you must notify us on the day of delivery by email at info@bandmflorist.com.au

We will not offer a refund even if a product returned to us is unused and not damaged. Please note that returns will only occur in case we sent you the incorrect products. We can only process products purchased from our website www.bandmflorist.com.au and provide advice on products available on our website.

We aim to provide you with quality products to satisfy your needs. If you are dissatisfied with or have any complaints about any of our products and/or services, please email us at info@bandmflorist.com.au. We will answer your emails as quickly as possible. This is our promise to you because your satisfaction is our primary concern.

We advise all our customers to review this policy page frequently as this Policy may be amended by us at any without specific notice to you. The latest Policy will be posted on this site and you should review this Policy prior to using this site.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

B & M Florist is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

How does B & M Florist protect customer information?

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the National Australia Bank Payment Gateway. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. B & M Florist does not store any credit card information on our servers.
